A collaboration with Rana Begum
A banal hard exterior, almost repulsing, until the colour catches the eye –
Only the curious will enter in the depth of its void,
Two hopeless ‘todayers’ beaming a light on tomorrow’s hope:
Yet again Phoenix will rise from the ashes beyond the horizon,
Born with renewed wisdom, healing, repairing what is lost . .
What have we lost? Humanity.
Dear tomorrow, hope is all in your hand.
